  3. Pack the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging if possible. Include the RA number and your proof of purchase.

  4. Shipping the Return: Send the item(s) back to us using a reliable shipping service. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or an error occurred on our part.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within the 30-day return window to ensure availability.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items
